Case Study #1.

 

One of the world’s largest aerospace suppliers was facing a $600,000 fine for a late delivery.  Petty machine was called on Thursday before Memorial Day.

We were asked if we could help.  This would mean next day air-freighting material from Los Angeles and working the holiday weekend.  These parts required multiple CNC mill and turning operations. We assembled a crew and went to work.

 

The two hottest orders were delivered first thing on Tuesday morning.  The balance of the orders we delivered in the next day or two, per the customer’s request.

Our customer did a few of their own internal operations and the parts were in Belfast Northern Ireland by Friday.  Our aerospace customer was spared the fine by the airframe manufacture because of the dedication and commitment of Petty Machine’s employees and management team.
